Kala Group Franchises

Kala Group offers two different franchise opportunities: Hawaiian Experience Spa and Massage Elite. Both of these franchises support each other and share a common client membership and gift card program, however, each franchise is different; providing potential franchisees with a choice of business model based on their needs.

Hawaiian Experience Spa is based on our highly successful day spa in Scottsdale, Arizona. Hawaiian Experience Spa is a full service day spa that provides massage therapy, couples services, facials, body treatments and related services, in a Hawaiian themed environment. Many treatments offered are unique to the spa as they were created by us based on Hawaiian culture and traditions. Our spas are environmentally friendly and all products sold and used in treatments are organic or natural. Nearly every client has positive thoughts about Hawaii and your unique day spa will provide them with an escape for their mind and body. Massage Elite is the "non franchise" franchise. It was conceived based on experiences from Hawaiian Experience Spa and input from massage therapists and massage business owners nationwide. Unlike a Hawaiian Experience Spa franchise a Massage Elite franchise can come in many forms. Franchises range from independent massage therapists building their own practice to larger massage facilities and full service day spas. Regardless of size or structure, however, all Massage Elite franchises are linked by the high quality of massage therapy offered. Clients nationwide are assured that when they visit any therapist or facility displaying the Massage Elite logo they will receive high quality, professional therapy each and every time. We call this the "non franchise" franchise because our program lacks the significant restrictions and fees associated with traditional franchises. With a Massage Elite franchise you receive the benefits of our support system, membership, gift card program, operations manual, etc., but you decide when to open, how to design your business, what services and products to offer, etc. We are there to help, but the decisions are yours.
